National Registry of Physical Persons – RNPP project, centralized Civil Registry solution in Ivory Coast

As part of the public-private partnership contract signed between the “Office National de l’Etat Civil et de l’Identification” (National Civil Registry and Identification Office) and Semlex CI belonging to the Belgian group Semlex, Digitech, following an international tender, has been selected to provide a Civil Registry solution in accordance to the Ivorian State’s legal framework. Our EveLiN software solution will be integrated into the infrastructure set up by Semlex CI with the objective to manage all the vital events and meet the requirements of accessibility, mobility and integration with the identity system. Digitech is proud to contribute to the Ivorian state’s ambition to strengthen citizenship and democracy, through the implementation of a controlled and centralized management of the vital events.
